FredCK.com may offer paid e-mail support services. By acquiring these services, you will have a dedicated communication channel with FredCK.com by e-mail. No other communication methods are allowed, such as phone calls, but not limited to.

You agree that, even if FredCK.com makes its best to provide you high quality on its services, you may not receive responses for support requests immediately and there is no maximum period of time to receive such responses. FredCK.com can’t also guarantee that every request will have a positive and expected response. You are limited to 20 support requests per month under a single support subscription.

Support services don’t include any code development activity, like bug fixings and features requests, but not limited to. The subject of the support messages must be strictly related to the FCKeditor project and its related software, as long as distributed by FredCK.com.

Support is offered by subscription to a specific period of time. A “life time” support service is also available and it means that FredCK.com will give you support under the above terms until the project is actively maintained by FredCK.com.

Refunds

Refunds are available if requested within seven (7) days after the purchase date. The value of the refund is equivalent to the complete value of the purchase, detracted from any costs related to the purchase process (for example payment gateways, but not limited to) and to the refund process.

For e-mail support, you can decide to not use it anymore, but no refund will be available in case of your desistence. If any product is offered with support integrated, and the support system has been used by you, no refund will be available for the product.
